Note that email and support ticket requests are responded to on a first-come, first-served basis.

If you would like to speak to a live agent, ShopSimon currently provides a call back service where you can leave a voice mail for the team describing your issue in detail by calling (888) 605-2801.

The team will then call you back Monday – Friday between 9AM – 5PM Eastern Time. All calls are returned on a first-come, first served basis. 

Unfortunately, ShopSimon does not provide live phone support at this time.

If you placed an order on shop.simon.com and want to check the status of your order, log in to your account and click into your order to see shipment status & tracking details. If you checked out as a guest, you can view your order status by clicking "View Your Order" on either your order confirmation or shipping confirmation emails.
