The Influencer Program is an exclusive opportunity for content creators and ShopSimon customers. When you join the Influencer Program you gain access to the platform and resources you need to connect your community to the products you recommend. Influencers earn 10% commissions on all Qualifying Purchases from those that click, shop and buy from your unique tracking links. We also sometimes highlight the content our influencers post on their social media accounts on shop.simon.com
We encourage all ShopSimon customers and brand influencers to join the Influencer Program program at any time.
Anyone over the age of 18 can join the Influencer Program program.
The Influencer Program is fully digital and we look forward to collaborating with our customers and content creators from around the country, whether they live near a Simon Center or not.
The Influencer Program is simple and straightforward. Once you register, you can grab your unique affiliate links or generate affiliate links to your favorite ShopSimon products and then share on all your social media platforms in a matter of minutes.
In order to make sure that you comply with the legal rules for endorsements, influencers must disclose the relationship between you and ShopSimon. For more information, please review the Influencer Program Terms of Use.
Under the existing tax regulations, when your commissions reach the below threshold or more in gross earnings in the calendar year, you are required to fulfill tax obligations. PayPal will ask customers to provide tax information like an Employer Identification Number (EIN), Individual Tax ID Number (ITIN), or Social Security Number (SSN), as they approach the reporting threshold, so you may continue using your account to accept payments for services without any issues. If your TIN (tax identification number) fails verification, you'll need to fill out an equivalent tax form W-9. You can access your Form 1099-K from your PayPal account from January 31. Please go to the new PayPal Statements & Tax Center.

Federal Reporting Threshold:

Tax Year Earned 2024 Form Available 2025 $5000 USD or more in gross sales from goods or services in the calendar year.
Tax Year Earned 2025 Form Available 2026 $2500 USD or more in gross sales from goods or services in the calendar year.
Tax Year Earned 2026 Form Available 2027 $600 USD or more in gross sales from goods or services in the calendar year.

You can link either a Venmo or Paypal account.
Your payments are processed on a monthly basis, specifically on the 15th of each month, following a 30-day period from the delivery date to account for potential returns. For orders related to the holiday season in November and December, your payment will be disbursed on February 15th, taking into consideration our extended return policy until January 15th. Please be aware that final sale orders are compensated after the delivery. It's important to remember that any commissions will be subtracted from your account for returned orders, and personal orders are not eligible for commission earnings. Minimum balance for payouts: $20.
ShopSimon is currently offering 10% commissions on all Qualifying Purchases - meaning those purchases before tax and any applicable shipping, however after any discounts have been applied.

For example: Referred order is for $100 before tax and any applicable shipping. (Most orders offer free shipping). 10% of $100 = $10 commission

In the example above, if they used a 10% off promo code, then the item is $90 after discount. Your commission is now $9.

The maximum commission you can earn per qualified item is $150.
If you know a friend clicked on your link and purchased, and it is not showing up in your reports after 30 days, please email us at influencers@shopsimon.com with the order number and the name of your friend who made the purchase via your tracking link and we will look into for you!
